Our Pear and hazelnut tree orchard is a perfect gift for the family. The hazelnuts come into production quickly, with the pear trees bearing abundant fruit soon after. Plus, there are pear trees on Saltspring Island that are over 120 years old!

Our family orchards are planted with large healthy trees purchased from Fraser Thimble Farms. Each tree is lovingly planted with compost, mycorrhizae fungi, organic fertilizer, and mulch, and comes with a one-year warranty. The Pear & Hazelnut Orchard includes 6 Hazelnuts and 4 Pear Trees.

The orchard planting includes free consultation to select the best trees for your family, delivery of all materials and trees, site preparation & planting, as well as installation of tree tube shelters for protection against deer and rabbits.
